Our weekly sessions are a space to:

  • Talk things through

  • Ask questions

  • Hear from others who understand

You can join when you are ready, there is no pressure.

You do not have to use everything straight away.

Some people join and start asking questions immediately.
Others take a little time, read, listen and join in when it feels right.
