“I don’t know how you do it! You get it spot on every time. The group is great. The breakout rooms give an opportunity to share authentically and openly with people who ’get it’ - rare in this strange world we are thrown into. Sometimes I take away some insight; sometimes I give a bit back - both are helpful to me. Mostly it’s a bit of both.

And thank you for treating us like fully formed adults, capable of knowing what we need - so many professionals feel the need to ‘chair the meeting’.

Improvements and suggestions? None from me. Just don’t stop!”

FAQ SECTION

Is this right for me?

This is for anyone supporting someone with dementia - whether you’re just starting to notice changes or have been caring for a while. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or alone in it, you’ll be in the right place.

What if I can’t attend the weekly sessions live?

That’s completely fine. The community is there for ongoing support, and we’ll make sure you still get value even if you can’t join every live session.

What if I don't like being on camera ?

That’s completely fine too, when you join online meetings you can turn off your camera and microphone and just listen if you want. If at any time you want to leave you are free to do so.

What makes this different from free information online?

Free information can be helpful - but it often doesn’t apply to your specific situation. This gives you ongoing support, real conversations, and guidance you can actually use, from people who understand what you’re going through.

Can I cancel if it’s not right for me?

Yes, of course. There’s no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

What happens after the first month?

After the first Free month, your price stays at £19.99 per month or £199 per year for life, until you cancel your membership.

How quickly will I get access?

As soon as you join, you’ll get access to the community and details for the next live sessions.

I feel like I should be able to cope on my own…

A lot of carers feel this way.

But dementia care is complex, emotional, and constantly changing - it’s not something you’re meant to just “figure out” alone. Getting support isn’t a failure. It’s often what makes everything feel more manageable.

I don’t have much time - will this be another thing to keep up with?

This is designed to support you, not overwhelm you.

There’s no pressure to attend everything or be constantly active.

You can dip in when you need support, ask a question, or just listen in.

Even small moments of support can make a big difference.

Log in, have a rant, see that others are feeling the same, and hopefully feel better.

I’m not sure I’m ready to talk about everything yet

That’s completely okay.

You can take things at your own pace - whether that’s quietly reading, listening to others, or joining in when you feel ready.

There’s no pressure, and no judgement.

What if my situation feels too specific or complicated?

Most carers feel this at some point.

But you’ll likely find that others have faced similar challenges - and having a space to talk things through can bring clarity and reassurance.

You’re not as alone as it might feel.

I feel guilty even thinking about needing support

That’s more common than you might think.

But looking after yourself is part of being able to care for someone else.
Support isn’t taking anything away from them, it helps you keep going.
