Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment-card details.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. We may still send essential messages about an active booking or membership.
Sensitive information and Community privacy
You do not need to provide health information to receive our email resources. Please avoid sharing identifiable information about someone else’s health in forms or Community discussions.
Where a service requires us to collect health information, we will explain its purpose and the applicable legal basis and special-category condition separately before collecting it.
Information you post in the Community, or share during group sessions, may be seen or heard by other participants. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. Live carer support sessions are not recorded. Where an educational webinar is recorded, we will let participants know beforehand.
Who we share information with
We share information only where needed with trusted providers supporting our services, including Systeme.io, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and the payment providers used at checkout. Relevant staff, contractors and professional advisers may also have access where necessary.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it where required by law or where legally permitted and necessary to address a safeguarding concern.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use recognised safeguards, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections. You can contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for its purpose, taking account of our relationship with you, legal requirements and any outstanding enquiries, complaints or claims.
